Keynote slides: Creating Massively Successful Networked Organizations

By

I have just completed the day two opening keynote at Connected Enterprise 2012, following Brian Solis‘s day one keynote.

Here are my slides for the keynote. As always, the slides are designed to accompany my presentation, not to stand alone, so are provided for the audience at the event and any others who may find them useful nonetheless.

A few specific references I made during the presentation were:

The Kevin Bacon and the Center of the Hollywood Universe

Autopoiesis and how the networks are literally coming to life

Distributed work and the crowdsourcing landscape

Study on the networks that support successful technology purchasing decisions

Enterprise 2.0 Implementation Framework

The 5 elements that support effective expertise networks

Network perspectives on improving team performance
