The Enterprise 2.0 Executive Forum is coming together extremely well. It is fantastic to see that while other sectors of the economy are struggling, organizations recognize that they must engage with the critical issue of transforming how they work using web and mobile technologies.
We have confirmed a number of fantastic speakers at the event over the last while. A quick update on some of the speakers you will be missing out on if you don’t come :-)
David Backley, General Manager – Applications Development, Westpac.
David is the senior IT executive with the longest tenure at Westpac, having driven many of the initiatives over the last years to create an over-arching technology architecture that supports business, and introducing many new technologies and approaches to create value. David’s keynote on Creating Business Value from Emerging Technologies will be a highlight of the forum, and provide vital insights from arguably the leading practitioner in Australia.
Peta Hopkins, ECMS Project Manager, Bond University.
Peta has been deeply involved in Bond University’s journey to implement a wide variety of web technologies to enhancing information flow in the organization. Her work was recently featured in a MIS magazine article on Meetings of Web 2.0 Mnds.
Annalie Killian, Catalyst for Magic, AMP.
Annalie is well-known for her original and insightful approaches to organizational transformation. She will share insights into the process of implementing social networks inside organizations.
Peter Williams, CEO, Deloitte Digital.
Pete is one of the leading practitioners of Web 2.0 in the enterprise in Australia. He will share details of what his organization has implemented, the challenges along the way, and the benefits achieved.
Chris Yates, CIO, Tennis Australia.
Chris is responsible for the technology supporting one of Australia’s largest projects: the Australian Open. He will explain how they have implemented new approaches to mobility and organizational change that result in significantly more effective workflows.
