Executive Education and Leadership Development
Ross Dawson designs and runs programs that build the capabilities senior and rising leaders need to lead through accelerating change: foresight, adaptive leadership, AI-augmented thinking, and mastery of information.
Executives are pulled toward present, internal and urgent priorities. These programs bring their attention to external technological and industry change and to long-term strategic thinking, and give them the mindsets and tools to lead in a rapidly changing, ambiguous environment.
Programs range from compact participatory sessions inside broader leadership programs to in-depth multi-day journeys that map the future of an industry and build long-term strategy skills. Where it helps, Ross uses digital and AI tools in the room, so participants work with Humans + AI thinking rather than hear about it.
