That is to say when an issue of interest is coming up, people can vote themselves (using the myriad of eletronic options - ATM&#039;s phones, pc&#039;s etc) and thereby override government making non-democratic decisions. I imagine chaos would ensue until the novelty and effects of competing group decisions wore off, but it would really put the resonsibility and domocracy back into the public, at least for the key issues.]]></description>
