The only way that can be accomplished is with organizational facilitation and collaboration. No expert can serve up the perfect solution because a key part of a good organizational strategy or approach requires the shared understanding the members. It requires their creative input; it requires their buy-in. Experts tend to recycle the same solution over and over, which lacks uniqueness by definition.
