Notwithstanding your comment re pheromes, I wonder if technology like body size screens (life sized full body images) would change that. I know that regular video conferences, particularly the usual webcam style, dont allow you see what they are doing with the hands or feet for instance. Telepresence system’s help however they certainly aren’t the norm due to cost, would you prediction hold true(er) if telepresence became more ubiquitous Would fully immersive goggle like screen’s change that. Time will tell but agree that for the time being they both have their place.
