Don’t read too much into the order of the lowest-level entries – in some cases there is an ordering in scope or logical sequence, which may be apparent in the narrated video: https://rossdawson.com/frameworks/video-future-work-framework/ but not necessarily – they are just in the order that made most sense to me :-)

I do have an initial question – is there any the significance in the way the level 3 (i.e., lowest) headings are indented? For ex., in the top left, does ‘globalised access’ precede ‘mobile work’ in some way, or is it just a layout technique?
