Recruiting them in the first place can be tricky in itself because we have found at MEGT Australia that young people are searching for work differently these days. Our experience is that young people are sourcing roles through their networks and social media so if the busienss ins&#039;t promoting its vacancies more widely than traditional jobsearch sites and papers, they are finding it harder to attract innovative, quality candidates.]]></description>
