Yep - all good points...
I particularly agree with the notion of making things easier. Knowledge workers are particularly skeptical when it comes to any new system, largely because previous attempts at using software to fix it have failed to do exactly this.
That&#039;s why I think more emergent approaches to Enterprise 2.0 are critical to it&#039;s success- we have to make software that is designed to be used, instead of bought...
