I really like your tone on that one. I think E2.0 is all about changing the social fabric of the enterprise and, as such, I agree no two transitions to E2.0 will be alike.
That&#039;s why I think most tech approaches to E2.0 (from Sharepoint to Facebook) have a value, if developed in the correct context.
It&#039;s also why I think most of the work to be undertaken is training and people development, not to mention leadership.
