Invitation to attend the Enterprise 2.0 Executive Forum

The rise of Web 2.0 sites such as MySpace, Wikipedia, YouTube, Second Life, del.icio.us, and Facebook have transformed the internet and consumer marketing.

Now similar tools – including blogs, wikis, online applications, tagging, mashups and more – are being applied to create business value and change how work is done. Harvard Business School’s Andrew McAfee called this movement “Enterprise 2.0,” a topic that is now receiving deep attention from global business leaders.

Following our highly successful Future of Media Summit and Web 2.0 in Australia events, Future Exploration Network’s Enterprise 2.0 Executive Forum will be held in Sydney on 19 February 2008, in an intensive half-day format designed to maximise senior executive time.

Enterprise 2.0 Executive Forum will be highly practical. It is intended for executives who want to understand the opportunities and concerns, and identify specific steps to create business value in their own organisations.

Highlights of the Enterprise 2.0 Executive Forum include:

• Global thought leaders such as Harvard Business School’s Andrew McAfee and former BBC Head of Knowledge Management Euan Semple identifying the key success factors in implementing Enterprise 2.0, by video from the US and UK.

Australian case studies from leading organisations sharing their challenges, successes and lessons learned.

• A highly interactive format with debates, panels, and participant discussions.

• Extensive research, content and frameworks to help implement Enterprise 2.0 included in the registration fee. All attendees may participate in the event blog.

The enclosed flyer contains information on the Forum, or you can find out more at:

I do hope you can join us at the Enterprise 2.0 Executive Forum. It promises to be an exceptional event. If you are not able to attend, please pass on the information to colleagues or others who may find it of interest.
